We will help you selecting your ceremony and reception venues, music, menu for the reception, the cake and all the details you must take care of for a wedding. We assign you a Wedding specialist that will work with you to pick the exact location and coordinates with you ceremony and reception's arrangements.The wedding planning process would be totally stress-free for you!
GUEST TRAVEL SERVICES
We will manage your guests’ travel arrangements to Peru. We will work with you to create a potential itinerary for your guests and then with each of your guest to customize their trips based on the original itinerary. We can take care of the following: international and domestic flights, transportation, hotels, trip to Cuzco and Machu Picchu and/or other Peru destinations, among others.
ELOPEMENTS IN PERU
We can help you planning each detail of your elopement in Peru, such as finding the perfect venue for your intimate ceremony, decorations and flowers in line with your moodboard, music, bilingual officiant, photographer and a customized itinerary for our stay in Peru. We know that each couple has different ideas on their special day, that is why we will work together to find the best option for you and make your wedding dreams come true.
SAVE THE DATE (GRAPHIC DESIGN OR VIDEO)
Our in-house graphic designer can help you with the creation of your Save The Date and give you advices on color palettes and patterns to choose in line with your wedding theme. We can also create a Save The Date video with your best couple photos and/or videos. In the Save The Date you can include a special message for your guests, information on ceremony and reception venues, dress code, and a tentative itinerary for their Peru trip. We can ensure that your guests will be amazed by your special invitation!
WEDDING-RELATED EVENTS
We will help you sort through options for your rehearsal dinner or other pre or post-wedding events you may want to host for your guests while in Peru to learn more about the country and its culture. Some side-event options are: city tour, visit to your favorite sites, cooking classes, welcome cocktail, and brunch. We will take care of all the arrangements and activities that you would like to include in your wedding week.
